Robin Laing in concert
The Hokonui Moonshine Museum and Gore Historical Society presents Robin Laing.
Recognised as one of Scotland’s leading singer/songwriters, Robin is in New Zealand to perform at a couple of folk festivals, and is making a welcome return to Gore.
“He writes wonderfully sensitive songs about friends and family, fantastic story songs about characters from Scotland’s history and also excruciatingly funny songs too. He has released many successful solo albums to date, the last few being songs and stories about his other passion – malt whisky”. Martin Curtis – Cardrona Folk Festival.
Apart from being a full-time musician since 1996, Robin also chairs whisky tasting panels for the Scottish Malt Whisky Society in Edinburgh.
