The Gore District Council's 2020 Residents' Survey is being undertaken during March.

Each year we undertake a phone and online survey of residents to find out what they think about specific services and facilities, and how they feel about the District and the Council's performance.

This year's survey also includes a few questions about our response to the February floods.

We appreciate residents' taking the time to complete this year's survey as it provides us with information that assists in determining our future standards for service delivery. It also highlights areas needing improvement for the Council teams and means we can act upon them.

Last year we had a record 637 people take part in the survey - 380 via phone interview and 257 online.

The results from last year’s survey can be found on our Residents' Survey page and this year’s results will also become available when they are complete. We would really appreciate it if you could take the time to participate.
