The deliberative meeting of the Hyde Park hearing panel will be held in the Council Chambers, 29 Bowler Avenue, Gore, on Monday 20 November at 4.00pm. You can view the agenda here. [PDF, 1.3 MB]


The Gore District Council is proposing a land exchange so that freehold land in Charlton Road, near Wayland Park, will become recreation reserve, vested in the Council, and reserve land known as Hyde Park will become freehold land, in the name of the  Council.

Consultation has closed. 

A hearing will be held on Tuesday 31 October regarding the proposed transfer. We received 20 submissions on the proposal, with five asking to speak at the hearing.

The hearing will start at 3.00pm in the Council Chambers. The hearing panel is Crs Nicky Davis, Neville Phillips and Bronwyn Reid.
