Candidate Information Evening

There will be an evening on 25 July at the James Cumming Wing, starting 7.00pm

The evening will provide information to prospective candidates around the nomination process, campaigning, time commitments and legislation that is applicable during the election process, as well as covering what candidates could expect if they are successful at the election.

Nominations open on Friday 19 July and close at 12 noon on Friday 16 August.

The Mataura Licensing Trust has seven wards - Tapanui, Gore, Mataura, Rural, Edendale, Wyndham and Tokonui. There are three seats in the Gore ward, and one seat in each other ward.
