The Council likes to make things easy for our customers and promotes direct debit payments for rates. Here you will find information about this and other payment options we have for our many services.

Please use the form below to tell us about your new dog. Once you have submitted the details, we will send you a confirmation email that your dog is in our system, along with a dog registration notice, which you can pay online or in person.
You will be able to pay online using your Visa or Mastercard. Please note there is a surcharge for this facility, alternatively you can pay straight from your bank account.
You can also pay in person at our Council offices in Gore or at the Mataura Service Centre/Library. You will need your dog ID number, which is on the registration notice we will email to you.
Once the registration fee has been paid, we will issue you with a payment receipt and a dog tag.
