The Gore Multisport Complex is looking for a people person to join its customer service team. The staff are proud of the part they play in providing great recreational activities.
In this part-time role, you will be responding to both counter and telephone enquiries for the Gore Aquatic Centre, Ice Sports Southland and the MLT Event Centre. This role is critical to ensuring first impressions and exceptional customer service.
If you are:
- Customer focused
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service which encourages our customers to return.
- Motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Good with a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing bookings, and handling money and accounts.
- Keen to take on responsibility, use your initiative and be a true team player.

The Gore Aquatic Centre operates on a roster system seven days a week.
