Zoom meeting a first for GDC

The COVID-19 level 4 lockdown has meant a lot of changes to the way we work, the way we connect and the way local government carries out its business.

Tomorrow (Wed 15 April) the Gore District Council will hold its scheduled meeting, but with a difference.

For the first time in its 30 year history, the Council will meet virtually using Zoom, a cloud platform for video and audio conferencing.

The meeting will begin at 4.30pm and will be recorded. After the meeting has finished, the video will be posted on the Council’s YouTube page, and links put on our Agenda & Minutes page, Facebook page and Antenno app.
