Alcohol Licence Applications

The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 requires all alcohol licence applications to be publicly notified. This applies to applications for a new On Licence, Off Licence or Club Licence, and applications to renew existing licences.

The Gore District Licensing Committee places all public notices exclusively on this page.

Our current applications are:

Gore Club Inc

The Gore Club Incorporated has applied to the District Licensing Committee to renew the club licence of the premises at 16 Mersey Street, Gore.

The general nature of the business under the licence is a club.

The days and hours it's intended to sell alcohol are:

  • Sunday to Monday 11:00am to 1:00am the following day

Any objections to this application must be received by 14 September.

Mataura RSA Inc

The Mataura RSA Incorporated has applied to the District Licensing Committee to renew an office licence of the premises at 49 River Street, Mataura.

The general nature of the business under the licence is an RSA Club.

The days and hours it's intended to sell alcohol are:

  • Monday to Sunday 9:00am to 11:00pm

Any objections to this application must be received by 15 October.
